I’m a UX strategist and product designer based in Auckland, NZ.
I’m passionate about inclusive user-centred design in all areas of life, and my work has won international awards for creativity, social impact, design and effectiveness.
I first fell in love with experience design in the hospitality industry, while teaching myself to build websites on a dial-up modem. I got my first job as web designer in the year 2000, worked in top digital agencies in NZ & the UK for 10 years before following my passion into UX and product design.
I’ve worked for globally successful tech companies such as Pushpay and Hapara and designed digital products for successful NZ enterprises including NZX, Flip, PlaceMakers & Tend Health. I’ve established user-centred design processes in a number of product teams, driving more user-centered design outcomes with measurable impact on business success and customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, I dabble in parametric furniture design, home automation design and I’m a little bit obsessed with midcentury architecture.
